Tuesday's "Reason" to Celebrate...

You guessed it!  Mais oui, mes petits...it is Bastille Day once again one month until Bastille Day.  The French Independence Day, "La Fete Nationale" is being will be celebrated all over Paris as we speak on July 14th.  And why should we be left out just because we had the unfortunate luck of being born "overseas"?!  We won't!  Be sure to have a glass of bubbles or a baguette and brie this evening as you toast the day.  I am making a delicious summer spin on the classic coq au vin.  Pair that with a glass of vin and some french macaroons...ooh la la! 

There is always a reason to celebrate...{Even if it is not actually Bastille Day}.  Oops.
But, vive la France!!
