All White Everything

Could it be any hotter?  Seriously...I don't think it could.  I am biting my lip and NOT complaining.  At least it's not the dreaded winter {or fall}!  Let's cool off with all things white and breezy.  In honor of my new splurge, I am celebrating white today.  White phone, white dogs, white everything!

Hard Work and Hot Pink...

Finally!  It appears my hellish slave-drivesque work week has dwindled.  Slowly {but surely} I am transitioning back into my normal state of relaxation.  Phew.  No time to day dream and think about all things gorge makes for very dull days.  But, you know what they say:

 "Nothing is really work unless you would rather be doing something else"

Could not be more true!  I would rather be lounging in these perfectly pink and turquoise rooms, featured on House of Turquoise a few weeks back {still catching up on my daily reads}.  Pops of pink in every corner...divine! 

Maybe with a few more weeks of the good old-fashioned 9 to 5, I will treat myself to something equally as gorgey. 

Hard work pays off!

Let's Try This Again....

Bonjour!  You may remember this.  Unfortunately my excitement got ahead of me exactly one month ago today.  But today is indeed, Bastille Day!  Celebrate!  Wine, baguette, brie, maybe even...escargots?!  Indulge pretties and be European for the day.  If you're lucky you can sneak out for an afternoon nap, just like they do in Paris.  Sigh.  It's another day of team building here, but I will not let this celebration go unnoticed!  Good thing I pulled out all the stops in June.

Off the Map!

A quick hello!  Such an unfortunate time of year to be buried in papers, audit requests, and the dreaded company retreat.  Sigh.  All of this work has been keeping me from my daily routine.  Hopefully I will be back in the saddle again and dreaming of vacation getaways in no time.  Where to go next?  It's nowhere until I climb out of this pile of work and back to relaxing.  Until then, let's pick somewhere on the map.  Don't they look chic around the house?
